Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced and professional freelance translators to join our team. As a freelance translator, you will be responsible for translating documents from various source languages into your native language or a language in which you are proficient. You will work closely with our project managers to deliver accurate and culturally appropriate translations within specified deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Translate a variety of documents, including but not limited to business documents, legal contracts, medical reports, technical manuals, and marketing materials.
• Ensure translations accurately convey the meaning, tone, and intent of the original content while adhering to industry-specific terminology and standards.
• Conduct research and consult reference materials to ensure accuracy and completeness of translations.
• Collaborate with project managers to clarify ambiguities and address client feedback as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information contained in documents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a translator, with a portfolio of previous translation projects.
• Proficiency in at least two languages, including your native language.
• Excellent linguistic and cultural understanding of both the source and target languages.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
• Familiarity with translation software and tools (e.g., CAT tools) is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
